Reminds of my days back on the Yamaha FS1E in London. Only the Fizzies weren't restricted and would pull 50mph around the congested streets of London.

@Scootertuner1000 : The old fizzy myth. I've never seen any evidence that they could do 50 on the flat, certainly not around town. I got mine up to 55mph down a big hill once, but it had racing reeds, K&N air filter, Silkolene oil etc.. On the flat it'd only just make 40mph. Ahh, happy days.

it did 50mph and got there quite quickly. It would do it one up or two up, just took a little longer to get there two up. Most of my friends Fizzies did between 45 and 50. Almost all of them were between M and R reg. Mine would pull 45 in 3rd gear up a big arse hill outside where I worked. It would never do more than 50 though, not even down hill with the wind behind me.
