I Agree- Patricia Arquette is awesome unlike the 'REAL' Allison Dubois! I was a big fan of 'Medium' but not anymore after watching 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Season 1, Episode 9)'. Did she think the audience will pat on her shoulder and say 'Well done Alison' after acting completely LOCA???? "What comes around goes around" so 'Well Done Alison DuFraud!' for showing the real you- PSYCHO!!!

She is not actually "awake" at this scene, basically sleep-walking. In one episode, every time she falls asleep, she tookon a persona of a ghost of a recently-deceased man who desperately needed money (which is explained in the episode), so she ends up doing things like standing and yelling in the middle of the highway without ANY recollection of what's happening. Joe slaps her to wake her up.

PLEASE NBC, do NOT cancel it and move it BACK to its OLD TIME SLOT ON MONDAYS, not opposite "Lost" which shares much of its audience with Medium. Thanks so much for such a fantastic trailer!
