Please tell me you're not telling people to lock their sim cards, or phones? If you are this technique will not work. It could fuck up the phone and/or sim card. Once you have your phone or sim card locked. You have to use a password to unlock them. If you don't have a password or cant remember it ... well then you're screwed & will have to purchase a new sim cards. As for the phone. Cingular MAY (now I said MAY) be able to unlock the phone. And for a cost might I add. If they cant. You're SOL
