how did you do that realistic glow on the ground at the beginning?

@MyPowerplayer I made a blue streak on a black layer, then I used the perspective tool to make it appear on the ground, then I changed the blend more to dodge.

i quit at doing this find an easier way to do it cuz i really want it in my own picture but it turns out crappy when i change the blend mode to overlay

@MyPowerplayer No don't do it over again, check and make sure all the layers are visible. You may have to start over, but at least it's a quick effect and won't take too long.

not gonna lie, thats pretty sweet :) i can think of a couple other uses... i might end up using this in the next wallpaper i design... mostly for myself :) but, r u using windows? and if so where did u get that awesome shell? (although i think i see the ubuntu symbol?)

It's Windows XP. It's a Windowblinds skin called Azenis 2. It's pretty cool. I recently patched the windows theme file so I can use unsigned themes so I've changed.
