I loved your version of God Only Knows. Did you know that this song was recorded by Swingle 2 - probably released around mid 1970's - soloist was tenor Howard Milner whose family used to holiday each year on our farm in Devon when I was in my mid-teens.

@Dinkyswingle I thought I would back up my memory with some internet research. First I found 'Pieces of Eight' from 1977 where Howard sings 'How Come That I Missed It' which is kind of similar. Then I found 'No Time to Talk' from 1979 'Beach Boys Medley' and I'm pretty sure its part of that track.
