And this part of the game was actually rather cool. It showed me that Nintendo wasn't afraid to take away all the power a player had. And the heartbeat thing was cool.

The boboklins are smarter than the gerodo guards in OOT. Mainly because they actually take all your items to stop you escaping when the gerodo guards put chuck you in a cell where you can easily get out.

I loved this part of the game! The only problem is...once you get through it, the bokoblins all leave and you can't have any more sniping fun in the Eldin region (the main reason I loved the Scrapper escort, despite its silliness, was the epic sniping.)

This was a reference to Oracle of Ages. In the game you visit an island called Crescent Island and Link gets caught in a storm knocking him out. While he is out a bunch of lizards called Tokay take Link's stuff and you have to explore the region to get everything back. The only diffirence was you were just exploring Crescent Island and getting things back. You did not have to focus on stealth to do so like you did here.

Kind of a Wind Waker element too, with the stealth. Remember Forsaken Fortress?

I own Windwaker still and play it now and then. Is that the prison you infiltrate to rescue your sister and you have to take out the Bokoblins manning the searchlights? If so yeah that reminded me somewhat of Hyrule Castle in OOT. Avoid being spotted by the guards. It was more difficult though.

Reminds me of the Forsaken Fortress in Wind Waker because you pretty much gotta search the area with no way to defend yourself. Also the part with talking out the searchlights is similar as well except you bomb it down instead of just killing the enemy who's near it.
