I love smokey eyes. i think only dark colors look good on me, because im really light complected, and dark colors look good on me, especially that i have super super dark brown hair, it almost looks black. and i have dark brown eyes. and a big pupil.

@allsmiles3215 Try it sometime when you have no where to go, so if it doesn't come out that great you can just wash it off. Practicing with dark colors will help you to get better at it.

@allsmiles3215 i'm 15 and i use dark eyeshadows for over 1,5 year 2 years something like that and in the beginning i was scared too but you can begin with dark grey eyeshadow so you can see how dark eyeshadows looks on you and if you like it you can add some black eyeshadow

@y0ungin1 It depends on which colors you switch to. Let's say you wanted to do a purple smokey eye, I would choose similar intensities of colors to what I used in the tutorials but all of them in purples instead. So for the silver a light purple or silvery purple, etc. I wouldn't use the brown because it wouldn't need it. The main reason I use brown is for harsh colors like black and grey to make it softer and more natural looking.

@Angelsrocks9 You can use any eyeshadow base. I like the Mac Paintpots and the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils personally. There is always Urban Decay primer potion, or the Too Faced shadow insurance, as well as L'Oreal decrease and a ton of others. Whatever is your favorite. ;)

Go ahead and apply your eyeshadow and eyeliner. Then apply the faux lashes, you'll then use a light coat of mascara applied like usual. It will help blend your real lashes with the faux ones.
