Um... All you have to do is press prt scr or prtsc sysrq. it's in between f12 and pause/break. Then just open up an image software like paint, and right click-paste it. that easy. plus you dont have the fucking red square around the picture.

download it, its a comunication program, and it also records and in-game chat, and it counts hours how many u played on that game :)

well if ur playing a video game or something, download xfire not only can u atlk to ur in-game friends but u can take screen shots and record urself, and its all pretty good quality

after hitting prnt screen and finished playing your game go to paint and hit ctrl +v then save it

remember you have to do this for every pic

if it doesn't then just press the PrtScn (or Print Screen) button. it takes a picture of your whole screen and you can cut the necesary portion out with Ms Paint =)

You dont download it you enable it by turning on the Tablet PC Optional Components feature. Read the video description for details.

The Snipping Tool, is not only for screen shots not video capture, you would need to get your own tool like CamStudio (which is free) to do screen recording and you can save it to flash or AVI. Thanks for subscribing, Cheers.

Try upgrading without any additional hardware plugged in. Unplug everything.  Just upgrade with the basics first, then attach the additional hardware.

its a laptop feature. hahaha. heres how to turn on that feature if its off.

Click on Vista Start button, and go to Control Panel.

Click on Programs link.

Click on Turn Windows features on or off link. If User Account Control pops up for confirmation, click on Continue button.

Scroll down the list of features in Windows Features dialog window, tick the check box for Tablet-PC Optional Components to enable and show the Snipping Tool in Vista.

If you don't have the snipping tool, just use print scrn (print screen). It's located by the F12 button, and all it does is takes a screen shot and copies it to your clip bored. Then just open up photoshop or microsft paint, and paist it.
