it means that the bios has become corrupted. the only way you can fix this is by hooking up another computer's motherboard directly up to your motherboard so that you can reload the bios from the other computer onto your main access cpu/pci/processing module
...the problem was fixed by plugging it into a different outlet

try taking your bios battery out for 2 min then it should reset your bios
