You are right - Lumbini is in modern Nepal. But such distinctions didn't exist at the time of the Buddha, so it hardly matters. The main point of the video is to let people know about the work of the Tibetan Aid Project in Bodhgaya, and it achieves this purpose quite well.

this docummentary is not totally wrong but budha was born in kapilvastu,lumbini,Nepal not in India
