Just a few quick things

The shadows of both moving vehicles are much darker than the guys and they fall in an inconsistent manner. The car has light falling on it in different places than the bus. And around 0:07 When he is getting back up his head would be in the bumper of the bus, in real life he would have been effectively decapitated.

And that bus driver didn't slow down one bit after watching this guy almost get hit by a car!

Could be faked, but:

- to fake it, you have to ensure that the body of the guy has 'bus shadow' falling on him (freeze at 7 sec). You have to ensure that the interior of the bus' right wheels, both of them (2 black ovoids) fall BEHIND the guy's body each time, while the left wheels pass clearly in the foreground 'in front of' the guy's body. Reflection of bus in water as it passes over the guy, too. That's some pretty clever photoshopping, or whatever. If real... you are a prize dickhead!

Ok this is one of the oldest tricks in cinemaphotography. Here is how it is done: first you setup a camera on a tripod. He then runs out into the street when no cars are coming and lays down and then gets back up and runs back. You leave the camera running and wait for some cars and in this case a bus. Some simple masking and you can make it look like the car that passes is between him and the camera. Some more masking for the bus and now you have the final shot.
