Yeah, Pee-wee had a great quote in the paper today "the days aren't getting any longer". That was 12/26/2010. oh never heard of winter solstice. That would b about 4 days ago
OMG Paul Douglas! Classic. Paul was a meteorologist in the Twin Cities for a number of years, left, came back for a short stint and then was released... I think I know why now! I never really liked him much anyway. ROFL
and just like that The Weather Cast has folded, and it only took it 4 days to fool, man i was right when i said "Man that channel has epic fail written on it"
While I agree that TWC has moved in a direction I personally don't like (entertainment programming), Weather Cast looks like a train wreck in comparison. I hope Dish didn't sign a long term contract.
@ForresterMedia I don't mind the Storm Stories programming on TWC, but I have to agree with most people that showing movies on Friday is pushing it. I rarely watch TWC anyway and usually get my weather from my local CBS station.
The weathercast channel will continue for as long or longer than TWC. I think this is because one channel can feed off of the other by filling in the gaps in programming. If someone likes fluff they watch fluff and if you like even more weather reports you have that too. Like having one big happy tv channel.

At least Dish saved a penny. LOL Looks like it was produced by Waynes World Basement Studios.

I can't believe I missed out on this. I even had this on the TV in the background and never noticed it. :(
