I am really not sure if its flammable or not. All I kno wis when you put a flame to it, it just melted. I am sure maybe some lip balms may be flammable, but chapstick acts like candle wax, when you heat it, it just melts. It can be useful in that when something like paper or cotton is dipped in it, it will tend to hold a flame better and prevent it from burning fast (like a candle) But the grease will ignite and hold a flame on its own. The chap stick will not.
I bought one of these from this guy, and they are great!!! They are very handy! The price to quality ratio is really good too, especially since they are titanium... these things will last forever! I recommend this man's product to anyone! Good product sir!
