Spartak has a good team and there is no doubt in my mind that in a few months this team will be playing better football than what we saw last night,ps;also good luck for spartak on their season that has just started
@DanJaCun All we need right now is good head coach. Not good but even great head coach. Mr.Karpin is a good guy. He's a member of the Spartak's victorious squad. But with all my respect to that man he is not a trainer at all. I'd like to keep him in the team as DG. And I'm not the only one who treats the situation as such.
Its very hard for russian team to compete in international competitions at the same level as other european teams due to their winter break and since their league only starts in march these teams lack form and chemistry,hopefully things will change for the better next season when the will have the same schedule as every other european team in competition

Even with the good start from Spartak, in the end everybody could notice the big gap between the two teams in every aspect of the game. Like fireblack said before me, you can't even compare FCPorto with Ajax in the moment, they are worlds apart.

I wish you keep your squad. But I'm afraid that some people with money from other European leagues are targeting your guys.

I'm sorry spartak fans but you really don't stand a chance against one of the best teams in the world right now. Porto is playing a strong, cold and pragmatic type of football, that not anybody can beat.
I think it will be two fun games to watch, but in the end, and I can bet good money on that, Porto will win. They have more experience, they have better players and definitely are in greater shape than Spartak players ;) In all 8 teams, only Kyev can be an upset to this Porto I think..

But that is just because we are at the beginning of the season and you are at the end. We have good chances against you!
