even with eventually super-cheesy acting and scripting, which made some decisions completely trial and error style, and some WTF moments due to game mechanics ....

i had SOOOO much FUN playing this game. despite the flaws, they managed to "suck me in the setting" although i am not even a xfiles fan.

Sucks big times that this genre died out :(

It never occured to me to use the cattle prod on Cook. Unless this is the video game version. I had the PC version and understand some changes were made when it went to (I think) Playstation.

I understand the sound problems, but this is still the best (and most complete) version of The X-Files Game on here...and like someone else said, I didn't even know there was an ending where Willmore doesn't die! I thought that part was always inevitable...

Ok...I'm mad. Lol. Seriously, when I played the game I only got 2 possible endings..ok SPOILERS people...anywho, I got arrested cause I killed Mulder (I think) and got killed saving Mulder...the hell =/

No they intended to use "narco" in reference to narcolepsy. The term scully used is just a mishmash of words to describe sleepwalking.
