  • Augrabies is in the Northern Cape, South Africa. This footage was shot in the "Augrabies National Park" Just to let you guys know, the temprature around those parts goes past 50 ºC (122 ºF). This flood came to these parts as a blessing! What a truly amazing planet we live on.

    I wouldn't call it a blessing... Our farm is just 7km upstream from the falls, and the flood has caused millions of Rands worth of damage to crops and infrastructure. This is the biggest flood since 1988, and many farmers who have vineyards along the Orange will have no income this year - as the floods are in coinciding with the harvest.

    It is still a magnificent display of Nature's prowess nonetheless!
