  • what size box tubing did you use for the walls? im looking at doing the same thing for my race car

  • Wow, you made 2 of them. They look very nice. Is that 1" square steel tubing? I see you mentioned you can carry your Paraglider in it. Is one a camper and the other for the glider or are they both the same purpose? Great fabrication and workmanship.

  • Hi

Sorry it has taking so long to get back to you I have been away (can't fly in the snow)

What you want is 10% more weight on the tongue I checked a lot of trailers to see where they put the wheels the motor is the most weight on my machine but then I installed a cabinet in the front so the wheels were set 18 inches back from the center of the trailer this put about 15% more weight on the tongue.

    Good luck

  • how far back do you mount axle to get proper tonge weight.

  • you need an award for making this amazing trailer!

  • ...I can't even tell you how many of these pieces of shit I constructed. I worked in trailer and RV factories for a looong time. You probibly reconstructed it better than it was when it left the factory.

Hank And I had a lot of fun building the trailer, I now carry my Powered Paraglider in it
