when you said you saw a ball of light, i felt that energy. but i wanted to say....LOVE the sword. I am now about 50 pounds overweight and am vegetarian, I have tried just about everything there is, but have lost nothing, so we will see how this works...thanks!
its me again commenting here. idk if this counts but i guess all of a sudden after watching this i got something kinda like strep throat, if not strep throat and ive lost 6 pounds in 2 days from it..........idk i think it has something to do with this. so i really believe in this, if you want weight loss, this helps

I have been watching this video for a few days now and I have felt an amazing shift in what I eat. Even when I am ravenous I will only eat a little and I can actually control myself - which is unlike me when I'm in that frame of mind. I also have energy - an abundance of it in fact. @flamingviolets That is so awesome you're a perfect example of one way this can play out. I am still waiting for the person where the excess weight just magically vaporizes over night. I watched it myself and have noticed a shift in my general appetites and what satisfies me.
Loved this video, thank you Thomas :) when you were talking about getting something on the left side of the body, my head whipped right and I couldn't turn it back until the end of the video (well probably could have, but it felt very wrong to do it, and I still feel my head being drawn to the right side, and a huge smile coming out - thank you so much!
