Yeah, I'm not going to try anything. I get less performance on this map than a 460 clocked up to 850Mhz. 90 avg vs 70 avg once optimizations have been turned off. Alien Swarm's also a wreck. Enabling Supersampling drops me down to about 20 FPS w/ 4x AA set in game. :(
460 could do 32x SSAA without a problem. It's only 2 games, but it's 2 games I play a lot of.
@Jodiuh I'd highly doubt a 460 could do 32x SSAA (lol) in ANY game. I have a 460 myself, and anything more than 2x supersampling cripples it (as expected) in newer games.
The most SS I can apply in any modern game would be 1x2, or 2x1, and maybe combine that with 4xMSAA. 32xCSAA is what you must mean, which has NO supersampling component. It uses a combination of 8xMSAA and 24 coverage samples iirc.
@Jodiuh he he thought so! 32xSSAA would be nice. But But you'd probably need something more like Bluegene supercomputer to render it at acceptable frame rates! at 1920x1080, you'd be rendering each frame at 61440 x 34560 lol before downsampling!

Oh, wait, you said that is was ONLY that wall?
And now that i peek a closer look. Its just crappy mapping. That is called clipping. Is when a texture or model chokes with another.
So, you should be worrying.

I don't get that problem at all.
I'm on a 5870 by the way. Which is suppose to be worse than on a 6870 because of different AF Filtering.
My suggestion is, try other drivers or wait for 11.1
Try the drivers from TwL in the ATI Drivers forum.
