As i use this movements since a while, i can say, theres seems to be a link to the energy of old time. So i believe , that this movements are really from a long time ago. But i believe also, CC has changes something.

They suits very well to our modern energy, i think. Especially when using them one after another, in a row.

These movements remind me of some chi gong movements I learned over the years. There are many forgotten forms of energy disciplines from other cultures as well, this stuff is NOT satanistic ritual, don't be silly, Satan isn't in the exercise dvd buisiness for crying out loud. When Don Juan spoke about precise actions carried out with specific intent, he was literally talking about these movements in a regime of intent, to build personal power.

you have gotten things mixed up. Zen meditation or thai chi and chakra have nothing to do with tensegrity to start with. Castaneda is not the father of Tensegrity neither is don Huan or anybody else. Tensegrity is the sum of technics that were applied for thousands of years in order to build a strong energy body. Refer to Castaneda's books before you post negative comments about things you have no clue about.

Why do you hold your hand the Anubis head-style? In Taisha Abelar's book there is a clear direction to form a circle with your thumb to store the energy the antenna fingers catch. Anyways, videos are a great help. It's hard to imagine all that, and you always doubt if you do it right, especially with the jerk moves.

it's in his 12th book "The Magical Passes - the practical wisdom of the seers of ancient Mexico" or something like this (I write it on memories).It's but rare to find in Internet,at least in my native language,I assume because it deals mostly with descriptions of positions of the body.You don't need to read it - just watch and learn from the videos.
