  • Say what you will, it was a neat play. The uniqueness of the video was because with this pass completion, John Beck moved into the #2 spot in BYU's career passing list. This in and of itself is amazing, considering BYU is traditionally one of the top QB schools in the nation.

  • lol, laid it out perfectly my ass. That QB is the lucky one here. He under threw that ball and left it up for an easy pick. There is a reason why the player that caught the ball is a receiver, and the 2 players who had better position are secondary defenders.

  • Bravo to the QB also! To those that are calling it luck: It's not the catcher's fault that the other team COMPLETELY sucks. They blow, the guy took advantage of their lack of skill. Has NOTHING to do with luck.

  • Just for the record, 99% of great football plays are luck. If the guy happens to catch the ball, they say "Wow, what a great play!" if not, they say, "Wow, what a great read on that play!" Sure, skill is involved in playing football, but there's way more luck in winning/making great plays than its fans are willing to admit.
