  • Do you have any other international Fraggle Rock material, aside from the Swedish and Norwegian versions?

  • @TheRoadRunnerCoyote yes...Denmark, but I won't upload any of that as long as it's still possible to buy the dvd release.

  • Do you have anything from Plaza Sesamo?

  • Can you also upload the Svenska Sesam closings? Thanks!

  • @TheRoadRunnerCoyote

The closing was different from episode to episode since the credits roll appear over the last scene.

  • @hrytter Can you at least upload 2 examples of the closing, like you did for the intros?

  • Witch intro is it when they ernie and bernt flew on a paper plan?

  • That's for the "Open Sesame" show, also called "Sesam, luk dig op" in Danish.

  • thanx man !! ive been searching fvor that intro forever XD!

  • i can't find the intro anywere o.O can someone help me find a vid

  • I uploaded that intro just for you :) however it's from a low quality video file.

  • dude !!! thanx so much !! :D

  • Barnredaktionen: Childrenseditorial

    Visar: Shows

  • What does the "Barnredaktionen" in "Barnredaktionen Visar" mean? I think "visar" means "video".

  • It would translate into something like this "Children's programming". The full translation of "Barnredaktionen Visar" would be something like this "Children's programming presents"

  • I would think that visar would be 'show', but I'll leave it up to the Swedes :)

  • yeah, visar means "shows" or "is showing" :) so it's pretty close!

  • Go me :P

  • Considering that most foreign versions of the show gave the Muppets local names (like Grover becoming Abelardo in Mexico, or Ernie becoming Alik in Israel)...seeing most of the Muppets unchanged in Sweden was a bit of an ironic shock.

Language issues aside, I give this clip three stars (after subtracting one for too many special effects, and one for not telling who voices/plays the characters).

  • Grover's name in Mexico was Archibaldo. You must have been thinking of Abelardo, the parrot on Plaza Sesami. Ernie's name in Israel was Arik.

  • *blush* I feel foolish for all the language mistakes I made...especially getting two major characters confused like that.

  • By the way, in case you did read my reply to your comment, I meant to say Plaza Sesamo.

  • That was Kermit's News Flash: "What makes people angry."

  • Cool! What skit are the Grover clips from? Don't remember seeing that one before. And how about the Kermit clip? Looks familiar, but I'm not sure.

  • The grover clip are from a sketch where he talks about above and under by flying up and under the clouds. Can't remember the Kermit sketch right now, but I've seen it before.

  • What about the Cookie Monster sketch? I've never seen that one anywhere.

  • I just borrowed 2 Plaza Sesamo tapes from the library. One of them had that Cookie Monster sketch on it. So basically, he's just singing a (rock) song about cookies.

  • I got th same video last summer. It's a really great song.

  • It sure is!
