urm, no it won't! most of the jobs are going to be low paid, i.e cleaning jobs, as most of the technical staff are already employed in the UK already. not only that, the base will be run by PRIVATE contractors, who will train whoever they like...as long as they can pay! Chances are, they will be the next generation of terrorists, guaranteeing plenty more wars like we are seeing in Afghan' and Iraq.
