Colin Barrow is the leader of Westminster Council so he doesn't have to pay business rates at his private business address. He is above the law! It's only fair that Westminster residents (council tax payers) pay on his behalf.

Why not scrap the motorcycle parking charging scheme?
Why is it still in operation ? It's hugely unpopular & discourages the use of the only motorised vehicle type that doesn't increase congestion. What's more, according to your own figures the scheme is losing £430,000 a year and a protest group has dragged the council into a costly court case which it looks like you will lose.
It's a silly idea that doesn't work. Please scrap it and move on.

He doesn't mention his other MAJOR achievement of NOT paying £19186.71 owed to WCC.... Doh!

Please do NOT increase parking and extending the times to on parking meters and dont extend the times for parking on yellow lines. Please think of the Performing Arts that this will impact on.
