Hi i like your channel and your videos I just want a little favour from you guys.I play instrument which is called rudraveena. its a dying indian classical instrument.based on microtons. it has a 5000 thousand years old musical history. its a rare instrument. its a holy music for sprituality sufi darvesh Only15to25 people are playing this instrument. So please add your comment on my videos and subscribe it. It will be a great help for this instrument to survive in hi-tech world.g
It's a shame you weren't born a few thousand years ago We would have insane spinoffs from the instruments you made! By the way I think the flute and the table sitar (the one after the flute) were the best instruments
the second instrument sound really great!, i love the experimental music, i play experimental music too...I'm from Chile...still prog dude, you sound good!
The kalimba might not have sounded good, but I think this is more about the fact these are all home made, I think these are all really great, skilfully played to, well done man
Nice , have you also tryed some contact mics, instead of normal mic's ? I use them on my drumset and metal garbage, interesting sounds guaranteed! check my music on my space and youtube!
I appreciate your skill. Loved the whistle, door-zither-thing, and the PVC Blue-man thing. The kalimba sounded like crap though, like a cheap toy, however skillfully played.
Those are a traditional Irish instrument, he didn't make that one. I have a few of that exact make, you buy them for around 5 euro in shops around Ireland, very common instrument. He plays its in an usual way but gets a great sound.
About the video; Great stuff, very creative and beautiful music.
how is the large metal instrument (has lots of resonance and appears to be played by hitting strings) constructed? is it tuned like a sitar's sympthetic strings would be?.. huh both the music and the instruments are great, *****
Thats great playing, ill try and get your video up on my tin whistle site.... whistleaway . com . If any of you whistlers out there have a blog or website, id love if you could tell evryone about my tin whistle site.
I have a cd calld "flutes around the glube" and you can get it in -cd baby but will try this year to come out with a dvd that play music and some instructan about how to make some of the "home made musical instruments"
A Brazilian group named Uakti (pronounced WOK a ji) made their instruments out of PVC pipes. They produced 2 albums, that I know of, in the 1980's. I use one of their songs as accompaniment to a video I posted on YouTube "Re: Fave Flicks & Shout Outs" if you want a listen.
very good, hahapercussion instrument with pvc pipes made me grace
