You can use a key (typically it's F8, depends on your machine) to post directly into the menu with safemode options and everything, rather than jumping your computer by shutting it off whilst it's booting up.

You can do this safer actually ^-^ for the people who insist on screaming and facepalming themselves over the computer who all agree that it is or isn't ruining fallenoutsider's computer. press f8 repeatedly in the boot up process (skipping step one where you shut down during boot up, which is actually very bad for you computer) select safe mode with networking (though, as a warning, if your screen turns blue due to shutting down in boot-up, run) then log on as an administrator and change it ^^-

UPDATE: secondary way to login to admin acc (if its locked already) = You must be logged into a User account with administrative priveleges. (If your computer only has one account, odds are it does. If your computer has more than one, the account that was created first probably has administrative priveleges.) Then go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management. From here you'll be able to change the admin pass without actually knowing it. Don't use this method more than 5 times

Quick tip for your video: instead of shutting down your PC at the loading screen, you could just press F8 after the bios screen disappears. This will take you directly to the screen where it asks if you want to boot to safe mode. This could save some time.

If your school computers are running DOS, then you should be able to do it the way I did it, I don't know, but like I said, these should only be used as entertainment purposes, so please don't use it at school. I don't even think it will work on a school computer though, because they run on server-sided boot prompts, and running an admin account would confuse the client.

Apparently you misunderstood. When you go into Safe Mode, you are automatically the admin. From there you can create an account with or without a password, THEN you can restatrt your computer.

Ok for everybody who's confused, To reboot, just turn off the computer normally after you've finished with everything. Then when it gets rebooted, because safe mode has completed, it will reboot normally, so it will ask you for a password again. ALSO NOTE: if you want sound, go into the control panel as the administrator, make a new account, and reboot the computer. This will allow you to go into that account, and listen to music or whatever. Safe mode wasn't designed to have audio enabled.

It doesn't make defects to your PC, because all it does is make the computer recognise that it got interrupted during the boot session, so it launches Safe mode as a security purpose. If you screw around in Safe mode, you might wreck your PC, but as long as you don't go changing crap, it should be fine.
