Many birds been breed for many hundreds of years, canary since 1400, so is it also bad to keep dogs, cat and fish in the house? My canary flies to me then back to the cage to eat and sleep there. Many birds view cages as their homes not prisons. Birds don't sing in prisons.

No,he's not for sale- I got him for S$2k in Dec2007 - got 2 trophies since. Now in heavy molt.
I don't think he's suitable for anyone as he was biting the backside area till balding n later all the tails expect the 2 long ones remained - then he went into full molt.
All affected areas seem to have recovered during the molt and his tails are all coming out nicely.

Oh,what a lovely spectacular song!The repertory!Who cares even if he got bald(God forbid)with such a voice,you can buy him a suit!:-)
He obviously feels at home or else he wouldn't sing!
