Well that was 37 years ago i guess in that moment P.E. was the 5th part of today there are many turtles farms and it's ilegal to hunt or take the egg's out, that doesn't mean they stopped doing it but it's more unusual now
surprised any left, I stayed in P.E for 10 days in 72, and watched all day as trucks full of live turtles were drove off, all day long hole time there. any one could see that turtles were not going to be so abundant very quickly.Commercial exploitation of o9ceans or any earth rescources shjould be abolished.
