It's funny how the structure is presented, user experienced pro with a lot of research and degree has to report to CEO who is clueless in that regard and has to make decisions in a completely different environment.

It's like if Submarine Safety Engineer would have to report to a CEO who essentially is a B2B sales leader about pressure safety in the submarine.

This wouldn't make sense right, but yet this happens in other business fields that pose no danger to human lives.
