That's funny, I JUST played F-zero to find out, and on the 2nd level called BIG BLUE, it sounds JUST like it. They may also have it or something that sounds like it in sonic, but seeing the name of the song is the same name as the level that plays the song, I'm guessing it's from F-Zero.
