THANK YOU! It is no GOLD RUSH or CITIZEN KANE...still it is a masterpiece! An unappreciated classic that needs to be uncovered for new generations to watch! Hope it's not removed due to certain rights.....
you are all very welcome im glad you all appreciate it,thats the reason why i uploaded it in the first place for you all to enjoy it.It is very rare and has not been released on dvd....I bought the video for this purpose because i feel that it was a waste that poeple could not see and apprecite the talents of marty feldman.i also have some other rare gems that i will be uploading soon...so do please subscribe....I am a comedian myself and i too do appreciate the art of spike, marty, amongst others
Even LAST REMAKE...on youtube!! Thanks for your wonderful service!! You are making it possible for new fans to appreciate such great comedies that were then compared to garbage produced now. Thanks again!!
Thanks man. I too saw this film when I was a wee boy and its a blast to see a bit of it now - have just pre-ordered it on Amazon. The mud on the little boys eyeballs has stuck with me for 30 odd years and is still as insanely funny to me now as it was then. Thanks for taking the effort to upload this man. Completely fabby. BTW Irene Handel rocks - "Oh, I'm absolutelky ravishing! (famished)" fabulous.

Thanks for this, such an underrated comedy, I was in hysterics and the cast was awesome, maybe the best cast assembled for a comedy of this kind. Marty Feldman, Ann-Margret, Michael York, Peter Ustinov, Henry Gibson, Roy Kinnear, James Earl Jones, Spike Milligan, Trevor Howard, Terry-Thomas, Burt Kwouk, Irene Handl and Blakey from On The Buses!! :D
When Michael York got the script of this movie, his wife had to stop reading it because it was so funny. That was because they had been in a nasty car accident and she had some broken ribs.
Just from the beginning, I can see why she had to stop reading XD .
(His wife gets sick and injured so much, why doesn't Michael York just call his autobiography "The Times My Wife Was Sick and Injured" instead of "Accidentally On Purpose"?)
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I love this film!! I've only ever seen it once, on late night TV, but I loved it so much I needed to find it, and unfortunately we don't have a VHS player any more and its not on DVD :( But now I can watch it over and over and over and over again! Best film in the world, and this is coming from 20 year old who saw it when she was 18!!
Seems like I've been waiting forever for it to be put on DVD, but that may never happen. At least we can see it this way. I saw it on HBO about a billion times in the late 1970s. Thanks for uploading it. People better download this quick before YouTube deletes it.
