Jesse is a lucky playwright to land Kip as the director. Kip is an amazing director that engages the script from the eyes of the writer, comes at it then as a director, and has this amazing ability to really work with the writer to enhance what it is the writer is really trying to get at. I worked with Kip once a few years ago and cannot express in words how great it was to work with a director that got what I wanted, yet pushed my writing abilities in ways nobody else ever had at that point.
