hey are you dosing KH2P04 and KNO3 and micro at all? I have a similar setup and using only c02 and good light w/ ADA aquasoil.

I'm curious, how do you clean the bottom when the poo gathers far down in the plants?

I get that it's easy cleaning the rocks, but having an all-plant floor in the aquarium just spells trouble to me.

Pardon a stupid question, but I'm planning to buy a 20 liters tank for shrimp, and having an all plant floor seems like the ideal thing to do.

you basically dont have to clean the bottom anymore..the plants would do it for you..that was what i was told..and since you asked i might as well share what i know..
