HEY maybe you can help me with this confusing texture hack problem - I have the package from mast3rlinkx that has all of the files already renamed (you've probably heard about it) but when I try to put different texture hacks on my texture hacks stop working altogether. I simply put the files in and rename them to Fit(char name)0(number for costume).(pac or pcs, already put there anyway) but whenever I do it it doesn't work.

Well, I don't think this effects it much but I use PAL so I have RSBP and it's exactly like that (except for the region difference) but for some reason if I ever try to put some new textures on to my SD card it just doesn't work - my textures work fine until I try that and I put it in the right characters file and all that stuff and re-name it correctly.

Uh, actually, that's the problem. The code is US only. Turn "Force NTSC" on and try it.

Ok I'll try that but What Code - if you mean the SD dynamic, the sd files and the other 2 codes - I have those in PAL. My textures work fine but I can't put different textures on to my SD card.

Then I don't know. Either you're putting the wrong number for the costume you want the texture to go on (Like FitPikachu01 = Pikachu with a cap) or you're putting them in the wrong directory. You can also not be renaming them correctly.

I'll tell you what I do, step by step.

I burn the ISO on a 4.37 GB Fujifilm DVD-R at 4x speed.

Then, I put it in the Wii, I put my SD Card in the Wii (With my chosen codes) then I run Gecko OS.

I just press Launch Game and it's good.

And the guy you saw was probably JoseGallardo. He didn't texture hack but he made a code for that. It's not the same thing.

I suggest burning an ISO if you want to do other hacks like stage textures, item textures, menu buttons, font (letters), etc.

Use Gecko OS 2.0 if you want to use character textures. But remember, you must always put them in the game each time you do so.

With a ISO, you have them in forever.

You can use Gecko OS 2.0 to use textures but since the code is more than 255 lines (Limit) it needs to be shortened. The textures can be loaded with Gecko OS, USB Gecko or by burning a DVD of your hacked ISO.
