i love snakes but i just want yes on hr 669 because people on youtube treat snakes bad. im pretty sure animal rights saw snakebytes and said this is wrong. big rock pythons in little tubs and they treat snakes like a game always trying to make them bite everything. i bet brian from snakebytes never held a snake for more than 30 mins like a normal snakelover would do.

Do you realize that snakes don't need large spaces. When breeding snakes it's almost impossible to do so when bring large amont of snakes. Do some reserch before you talk?

this whole thing is stemmed from the burmese python invasion in florida. why can't they just ban the importing, keeping and breeding of burms, retics etc... instead of all these harmless little animals? they shouldn't even have to ban the big snakes, what they should do is only allow people who have passed some kind of course and has prooven they have the means to care for such a large animal throughout it's life with some kind of licensing program.

Land of the free my ass. I am ashamed of what this country has become with the left running the show. I sent a shit load of letters today and I rallied as many people as I know to do the same. Very sad that our government feeks that ruining the pet trade and peoples lives is more important than real issues facing our country.
