wonderful playing man. i also play it all over the neck with a capo. if you are open to just a bit of feedback, please allow me: your second chord is actually an Em7 and the hammer on happens on the d string note of the chord. i also often get them confused because G and Em are relative major/minor. ultimately though, as long as it sounds good (which yours sounds wonderful) then go with what makes your heart sing.
