  • how many repitions per pose is a good amount for a beginner?

  • @razorboy6666 im no yoga expert but i guess in yoga the most important thing is how long u can hold a pose relative to how many reps u can do. id say do abt 2 reps but try to hold the pose for as long as u can an make sure ur not in any pain but are enjoying it and relax (which will in turn make u stretch more). this is really important! :)

  • @aroundtheclock When I try this, I tire my shoulders out very quickly. I think my back isn't straight enough. :/

  • @ThatChubbyDude I think it's normal for one's shoulders to feel fatigued when doing downward dog. We're putting a lot of weight on our shoulders and they're being made to do something they normally wouldn't. It may get better with time. My back is straight when I do it, but I'm told that my butt isn't far enough back/high enough. :/

  • @aroundtheclock I appreciate the encouragement. I'll try recording myself in the future since it's hard to look into a coviently place mirror when doing poses to may sure my butt is perfectly placed. xD Hope that might help you some too!
