@nayomii123 They are called 'Islamic extremists' as opposed to just 'extremists' because that is how they identify themselves. As Islamic, not as extremists, obviously. The motivation for their actions is irrelevant. If you claim that Western policies are the cause then you have to also excuse Western action taken against the extremists. After all, they're only invading Afghanistan because Al Qaeda crashed into the Twin Towers, right?
