I'm not surprised that this study says more lion cubs survive here rather than in other areas. Think about it. What's different?
From context it sounds like these lions are the top predators in the area meaning they aren't competing with hyena clans for food or space. Since new lions (including rogue males) have chosen not to enter this harsh terrain, more cubs can grow up without the risk of being killed in a pride take over. Between those factors, survival rates are going to be higher.
Anyone else shocked just at the footage of lions walking around bushes and on the side of hills? I don't think I've ever seen lions on anything but the savannah.
Prepare food supplies, a 4x4, enough fuel, a shotgun and enough ammo to get to a hideout in the mountains. Don't be afraid to bowl down even dear friends and family, if they have been bitten by the zombies.
You don't have to thank me if you survive the outbreak, just thank the countless horror movies I have watched in my life.
@Inverness01 i dont thinks its food but less human confrontations that allowed the lion population to grow..lions dont have a main food source..they eat what they can catch
i think the documentary is called desert lions
