Most people think this is a men's sport, but any times I 've taken part in women vs men matches, we beat men at least 2-0, with me scoring at least twice, as I am a striker. Not having seen your full body structure though, I can't tell what position you are going for. I have only seen your arms, from which I just understand that you do have a margin to become even stronger without risking muscle injury.
