@PlanetDrumLtd yes it is but you can get more fatness from a non vented snare.

i think is better and more versatile a non-vented. no more than 15 ply.

i choosed vented because it fits better the kind of music i play, but right now im gonna go for a ludwig black beauty hammered 14 by 6.5

what cymbals do you have. i see you have a nice choise of the brand and type of brad but is the K a 20 in" crash ride? and i know whawt the high hat is and the china trash but are the others an A custom 18" and a A custom 18" projection crash?

that kit looks fuckin awesome! how do you like your a custom mastersound hihats? i got the same ones but in 15 inches and OMG. they just make me happy everytime i play them. i have a PDP piccolo snare and i was wondering if i should vent it. if so, how big should the vent holes be and how many holes would i need?
