Summons (or any skills that require Magic Rocks/Summoning Rocks) are un-stealable.

@squadify1 As you can see, stolen skill from certain job is on its job list, so I don't why you think there's a magic switch between stolen and normal skills.

No. You're limited by your own job as to what skills you can steal. Meaning you have to be 4th job in order to steal other 4th job skills like Hurricane.

@phillip2kool all I was saying is that since Phantom can steal the skills from any explorer, that gives him an advantage when it comes to ksing. Once people see that, then they'll probably make a Phantom and stay on it. Besides, @TheDeadlyJake are any new classes OTHER than Phantom coming out? I've heard of Viper(a pirate) or something, and i saw a youtube video of a new thief like class. Are they new classes that are a part of Justice or are they just cool pics of the revamp? plz answer

Uhm so am I the only one that notices this class sucks because of how gay it is that you have to constantly click on every skill to attack because you have an overload of skills? Seems like a very slowly trained class unless you know the skills you want to use.

Buffs can't be stolen and you cant steal other skills unless you are on the job advancement they the skills are on!

with this class, no one will want to be anything but a phantom. Why stay on one char when u can have the skills as lots more? I bet almost everyone will become a Phantom just for the skill-steal thing. Plus, the Haunted Mansion, Jesters, and Scarecrows will have so many bishop-skilled Phantoms, it'll be impossible for any other class. Plus, it'll take part of the fun of having high lvl skills all away. ppl who trained for months on a lv 120 could just have their skill stolen easily. That sucks

I just love how people complain about OPness of new classes. Let me get that straight :

Phantom Is Not OP. He's somewhere in the middle of DPS and DPM chart. Yes, he's usefull, because he can be a buff mule (buffs stay on party members) and has interesting storyline and gameplay. I find Phantom really great. Oh, and FYI, all Legend classes got nerfed with this update. Demon Slayer by most, then Mercedes and then Cannon Shooter. So, maplers - stop crying!

@dragonpyre2000 1st if EVERYBODY is phantom that means nobody can steal shyt. 2nd it doesnt takes Months to get to 120 it takes 2 weeks or 3 at the most.and not EVERYBODY will make a phantom theif, u just think everybody will. like seriously u think nobody wants to play NL with 4x throw? or triple throw at 3rd job, or haste at 1st job? like seriously, u can only think of phantom, u forgot all about the real reason the update is happening THEIF AND PIRATE REVAMP. no more room ._.

@patrickalbert27 i acctually found out, You can actually steal from someone with level 1 hurricane but if your 4th steal skill is lvl 30 hurricane will be level 30.

also you can hold 4 skills from 1st job 4 from 2nd, 3 from 3rd and 2 from 4th, and you can only use 1 per job advancement mean you can use 4.

@llparasitell You are partially wrong. If you steal a level 1 hurricane, it's still level 1, no matter how many points you spend on your thief skill.

I'd go for a build containing Hyper Body, Holy Symbol, Blessing / Adv Blessing and Power Guard.

Why power guard, you ask?

Well, blocks 50% of damage, and reflects it... Like if i wasn't going to boss <3

Karma (Same as Rage, it adds attack)

Holy Symbol

I don't know what I'm going to use on 4th job. Adv Blessing maybe?:P

I got a couple of questions that kind of fit together.

1. Do you have to have the character you are taking abilities from. Say if I wanted skills from a bowman do I have to have a character who is a bowman?

2. Do the skills have the same number of skills points as the character does if [1] is true?

3. Do you have to have another character at 4th job to take 4th job skills?

@TheJoukai I think you steal it from other characters, not your own. Plus, you can't play 2 of your own chars at once in the same account.

@IAlwaysPlantA If you use a buff and change skill, the buff will disapear. Well, at least for it's user, party still has a buff, so it's better to keep buffs just to buff your party.

@moebiscool For each job, you can see I'm using a skill from skill list. It's called Talent of Phantom Thief, and it's max level is 20 (30 for fourth job one). It's replaced by any stolen skill I choose for each job. Lvl skill depends on my skill lvl.

@RuffRyder93 You use skill steal, aim the character on your map from who you want to steal a skill. Then a window appears and you can just click "add" on any of his skills. They apear in these slots.

Oh, and you steal only adventurers skills.
