It has to be an unused card. It's safe, but don't use it if you don't feel comfortable with it. It usually takes them 5-6 hours to get back to you.

Its there. Just make sure ur buying a 20$ package. unless your tryin to upgrade one of the other games. then you gotta click an add on the homescreen to get to the upgrade card page.
