I am new to meditating. I am finding it to be quite helpful. Could you clarify one thing concerning this meditation? If it is a 'guided meditation to induce sleep...' why do you 'wake' up the listeners at the end? If I don't wake up and sleep through the night will anything be left undone or something? Not meaning any offense, just don't want to be clucking like a chicken at random or something, lol. Thanks for your input.
This is one of the most benevolent audios I have ever heard in my life! For the first time since I can remember, I woke up smiling and with less Fibromyalgia pain. Thank you so much for this upload. Really, truly, psychologically helpful. IMHO, something like this coupled with some kind of "spiritual" meditation or prayer (e.g., Buddhist, Christian, etc.) might provide extremely effective relief from stress/anxiety. Thanks again.
I wish i didnt smoke a joint before coming across this video. im already half an hour into it and had to sit up and open my eyes because it felt like i was lying down for 3 hours. need to wait until some time this week sober/clear headed
