Awesome as always!!! Thanks for the great tip.  I'm putting in a formal request for some appetizer videos...we are having a christmas party in a few weeks and I'm stumped for something fabulous.

@mompm I LOVE RUMAKI, but no one else in my house will touch a chicken liver, so it would not be good to make those, because I am afraid the only ones who would eat them would be me and the dogs. That is a classic appetizer, goes back a long way! I have a couple classics from my mom that I am going to be working on.
