Nice build!! I'd really like to see the plans, but the address for the webpage in the beginning of the video doesn't work :o(. Anyone know where the plans can be found? (i'm interested in the 3 part "fold up" fuselage-type Cub) Thx.
SPAD website went down - sad. I hope the content is not lost forever. Send me your e-mail. I still have all plans (25 PDF documents total of 4MB) and I can e-mail them to you.

There is really 2 things to do when your glueing Coro. Clean both surfaces well with Denatured Alcohol, then flame or flash it. Thats where you lick the surface with a torch to get rid of the factory oils and treatments. Requires some practice, use scraps.
I've glued before without flashing just cleaning, but you might want to flash just to be sure. Then add drops of CA glue, not too much or it will slip and not glue together. Hope this helps, PM> me if you have any questions.

Where did you get the plastic cardboard looking material for the fuse at? Cool video and good job!

what gasoline you use?
I made the same glow conversion as you, and I use automotive gasoline, but works only in high RPM.
rafaelbianchini 4 years ago
It is the mix of 5oz Chevron 91oct + 1oz of Wildcat glow fuel 15/18. The glow plug is powered all the time.
RysiuMal 4 years ago
ok, and no more oil? only the oil from glow fuel?
rafaelbianchini 4 years ago
15/18 Wildcat glow fuel has 18% oil in it. mixed with gasoline 1:5 results 3% oil (equivalent of 1:33 2-stroke fuel mix).

ok, I will try and them tell you results, thanks.
