I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WITH REALTEK HD AUDIO MIC im running off of Windows Vista Home Premium, the problem is, it works, but every now and then my mic will go crackly and very robotish, :s if u know what i mean, and its not the actual mic, its the software, because when i plug in a mic (my origional mic is onboard) and it has the same problem can any1 help me?

@xDevilZz1 Yeah man, I can't quite recall where I saw it, but in one of the settings menus somewhere I noticed an option to change how much of your computer's audio is transmitted through calls i.e. Skype. Unfortunately I can't remember where I saw this, so this is probably no help to you at all lol!

NO NEED to uninstall SP3!!!! A fix has been out for quite a while, enabling realtek onboard audio for SP3. Just download KB835221.exe... Has all the drivers necessary, then install latest realtek audio drivers.

Hi, was wondering if maybe you could help me out. My computer is recognizing my realtecl just fine, but the problem is that I'm getting an echo. Whenever I play sound everything is echoing. I don't know what to do about it. Also, I have a headset w/ a microphone. The microphone is working just fine, but instead of the sound coming out of the headset, it comes out of the computer's speakers instead. I hope you can help me because I have so clue what the problem is.

Hey Craig maybe you can help, I stream audio mp3s online right BUT when i switch to Playback Devices Speakers: REALTEK HD Audio and then Stereo Mix for recording I can't hear shit but when I hit a record to test that out and set the things back to normal I can hear the recording fine how do i hear it and be able to fix it..
