  • heard this is a scam >.>

  • Just got two comma paychecks in a row from this company! Gonna make a couple more. :) It's so fun and I've learned so much and had so much personal growth. Definitely no scam here if you just do the job right! :) I love my job and I get paid on my worth rather than a set hourly pay where I can do a great job and maybe get a bonus or raise every few years--or work here and get a bonus every month for just actually working and doing my best.

  • I LOVE Cutco, but I HATE Vector. Vector is like MLM and a pyramid scheme. Plus, their network marketing stinks. The only skill you will learn is how to 'phone crunch' all day to your friends and relatives like you would if you sold Amway. You also READ from a manual in front of clients. You DON'T learn selling, marketing, and advertising. Plus, you 'save your friends lives' by whoring out their numbers to your manager and you make commission off their sales. Thats classic Pyramid scheme 101

  • @DimebagVision Your name is DimeBag? Sounds like a credible source. Vector and Cutco are awesome

  • @usrleetch3

Cutco has amazing cutlery for average households, but nothing for professionals. Vector lives by the ancient ways of MLM which means you'll run out of leads if you don't have an impressive line of rich family or friends (over the age of 25 and live in a house, not apartment, and have a job)

  • Is this like a pyramid marketing scheme? what do they do?

  • I love everything about my vector experience so far! I've never had more fun or worked with better people :)

  • This company is pretty much just a scam.

  • So it is base pay or incentive

    Is the incentive better

  • @2pathways yes.

  • @2pathways hahha Vector is a scam bro, I worked there and all they do is push you to sale more products, sure you get paid $15.00 per appointment but you also have to make those appts and you can only show them to so many people. Don't work here man it sucks.

  • IF you're thinking of working for vector, i'd say give it a shot. You have nothing to lose, everything to gain. At least go in for an interview, and if you don't like what you see you can always say no. I was one of the most skeptical people... ever. But, after (literally) months of scrutinizing, I've found that he company is totally legit. Love working there... :)

  • Love the challenges of the job!! I've learned to overcome so many obstacles and have immense personal growth from it. Nobody will ever tell you it's easy, but those that actually try and don't give up will ALWAYS tell you it's worth it.

  • Love working for Vector! It's opened so many doors with the skills I've learned from my managers!

  • I have worked with the company for a little over 5 years. I have had many other jobs ranging from construction to restaurants to social work. NOTHING compares to here. It almost baffles me how amazing it is, at least for me. The idea is to be the best version of YOU, and to become more capable for our future endeavors. It has been, and continues to be a major catalyst for my future dreams, goals, and aspirations. I hope you decide to join our amazing team! Best Wishes! (^:
