Probably...but it could also just be a performance "error" by this particular individual (this is not me, BTW)
Is there an instance you can think of where this would make a significant difference for the application?

At 0:40 most kai-ha have the tetsui over the forward leg, or opposite of what u are doing. Are u testing us?
