the fact is not exactly that but kumari deserve personal freedom so on and given respect to kumari but her taken away personal right is not wise thing to do and it will harm that kumari for long run in her life. actually it is not what you think. The three year old Kumari is kept in a really big house with all her family. She does play. it's not like she is completely restricted to do anything. she can go to school and yes can make friends and play.
